First lets mention The restaurant’s steak selection, “a carnivore’s delight” with premium cuts of beef from imported from the best regions of the world grilled to perfection on the charcoal Josper oven, their signature steak, the flat iron-pressed steak with the “Butter of the Gods”, (a butter mixed with bone marrow) comes in two editions: a whooping 600g Australian black Angus ribeye and a 300g Australian Wagyu M7 ribeye.
The classic cuts, starting with an Australian black angus tenderloin and up to Wagyu and dry aged cuts are all grilled on the embers and come with a choice of a side dish, as well as a choice of sauces in the tradition of the French cuisine such as; beurre maître d’hôtel, shallots and red wine reduction, or porcini mushroom sauces.
Le Hachoir’s menu also features perfect dishes for sharing with friends and associates such as the Cold Cuts Board or the Cheese Board, featuring all imported top end dry sausages and ham specialities, AOP cheeses, homemade pickles and premium olives, a real treat and classic French Aperitif.
The cold starters section features the freshest available oysters imported weekly straight from the waters of Normandy, served with Mignonette sauce.
